Are your products food, dishwasher, and microwave safe?
All our products that are intended to serve food and drinks are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.
Wares are made of non-porous, polished porcelain fired to 1230°C, and will not stain from coffee, tea, or wine.
All glazes we use are tested to be non-toxic and lead-free.
Wares are NOT designed to be used in home ovens or on gas stoves. They may crack if heated too rapidly.
How similar will the item I receive be to the photos shown in your site?
All our wares are entirely handmade, therefore there might be some slight irregularities in shape or color.
Many wares feature surface decoration techniques that either involve a spontaneous creative action like painting or drawing or a technological process that we don’t want to fully control. In these cases, decoration will always be somewhat different from the example photo.
Also, keep in mind that every computer/phone screen displays colors a little differently.
Can I make a custom order?
We do not execute custom projects but do accept minor customization to our shown products. For some pieces you may ask to replace a given color with another product’s color, ask for a transparent glaze cover on a product we don’t normally glaze on the outside, ask to drill a drainage hole in a certain cup so it can be used as a planter, and other similar requests.

When will I get my order?
Most pieces in the site are made to order and are not in stock. This means that we begin working on your pieces only after you've made your order. Production may take up to 4 weeks, as it involves many stages and we treat every step with great care and precision.
Unexpected delays that are beyond our control may occur. In these cases, we’ll keep you posted immediately.
Please note that these timetables refer to production time, NOT to shipping time.
Your package should arrive 1-4 weeks after it departs from us, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns, cancelations and exchanges?
We accept requests for returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery as long as the products are shipped back within 14 days of delivery at the buyer's expense.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for customized orders.
If your order came broken or damaged in any way, please let us know and send us a picture as soon as possible.
Cancelation of an order is accepted within 5 days of purchase.
