Shipping and return policy

Production time

Most pieces in the site are made to order and are not in stock. This means that we begin working on your pieces only after you've made your order. Production may take up to 4 weeks, as it involves many stages and we treat every step with great care and precision.
Unexpected delays that are beyond our control may occur. In these cases, we’ll keep you posted immediately.
Please note that these timetables refer to production time, NOT to shipping time.

Shipping

Your package should arrive within 1-4 weeks after it was dispatched, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
 
Customs and taxes

Buyers are responsible for any local VAT, customs and import taxes that may apply.

We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
Conditions of returns

Contact us regarding returns within 5 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
We don’t accept returns for customized orders.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrived broken or damaged in any way, please let us know and send us a picture as soon as possible.

Exchanges

In case that the piece you've received is not what you ordered, please return it to us as soon as possible and then make a new order.
 
Cancelation

Cancellations are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
 
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
