נהלי הרשמה ותשלום
התשלום החודשי בסטודיו עומד על 760₪ או 950₪ בהתאמה למספר המפגשים בכל חודש- ארבעה או חמישה. הוא חל על כל השיעורים ברצף על פי היום אליו אתם רשומים, ללא דילוגים, ומבטיח שמירה על מקומכם הקבוע בסטודיו.
ניתן לשלם באמצעות העברה בנקאית, לכל המאוחר עד ה-15 לכל חודש.
אם תרצו, תוכלו להירשם לשיעורי אקסטרה או לרכוש דרך הסטודיו חומרי מיניבר שאינם כלולים במחיר הקורס, עבורם נערוך חשבון נפרד בכל סוף רבעון.
במקרה שמתבטל שיעור, תוכלו לבחור אם להגיע באותו שבוע ביום חלופי, או לקבל החזר כספי עבור השיעור שבוטל. החזרים יינתנו בסוף כל רבעון.
מדיניות שיעורי השלמה
אם אינכם יכולים להגיע לשיעור- הודיעו לנו לכל המאוחר עד 24 שעות מראש, בכדי שיתועד כשיעור שניתן להשלימו ("שיעור השלמה").
מקרי בלת"מ אשר לא מאפשרים הודעה מראש על היעדרות- למשל כשפתאום לא מרגישים טוב, תקועים בעבודה וכו', הם שיעורים מחוייבים אך לא ניתן להשלימם.
כיצד משלימים? מצטרפים לשיעור שני באותו שבוע, בנוסף ליום הקבוע שלכם.
שיעורי ההשלמה אינם מוגבלים בזמן אך ניתנים למימוש אך ורק כל עוד אתם רשומים לסטודיו באופן רציף. כשעושים הפסקה ורצף ההרשמה נקטע- שיעורי ההשלמה שנותרו נמחקים.
כאשר חוזרים לסטודיו לאחר הפסקה, נפתח דף חדש ללא שיעורי השלמה ישנים מתקופה קודמת, גם אם מדובר על הפסקה קצרה של חודש-חודשיים.
אפשר לצבור עד 5 שיעורי השלמה בסך הכל. כלומר, אם אתם עומדים על 5 שיעורי השלמה ומחמיצים שיעור נוסף- לא נספר שיעור השלמה שישי.
לשיעורי השלמה אשר לא מומשו אין ערך כספי, לא יינתן עבורם החזר ולא ניתן לקזז אותם מתשלומים עתידיים.

Registration and payment terms
The monthly payment at the studio is 760 NIS or 950 NIS, depending whether there are four or five meetings over the month.
Payment applies to all sessions in a row, by the day you are signed for, with no skipping. It ensures your regular spot in the studio.
Monthly payments are accepted by bank transfer, no later than the 15th of each month.
If you wish, you can sign up for extra classes at the studio, or purchase minibar materials that are not included in the workshop base price. These are charged separately at the end of each quarter.
In the event that we cancel a class, you may choose to join an alternate one the same week or get a refund. Refunds will be received at the end of the quarter.
Missed class and make-up policy
If you can't attend a class- give us a notice no later than 24 hours in advance, so it is listed as a session approved for make-up (a “Make-up record”).
Unexpected cases which do not allow advance notice- such as not feeling well/stuck at work, etc., are charged but not approved for make-up.
taking a make-up class is done by joining a second class a week, in addition to your regular.
make-ups are not limited in time, but can be scheduled only as long as your membership at the studio is continuously maintained. Once you take a break and registration payment is paused, remaining make-up records are deleted.
When rejoining the studio after a break, you start with a clean slate. Old make-up records from previous periods are not kept, even if the break is short as of a month or two.
Up to a max of 5 make-up records can be accumulated in total. In case you hold the max records and miss one more class- it will not be listed as the sixth make-up record.
Remaining make-up records hold no monetary value, cannot be deducted from future payments, and are not subject to a refund.
